AVP/Manager - Credit Risk - Captive Unit (5-12 yrs)
Hiring for a MNC captive, for credit risk profiles :
The jobholder shall have the following responsibilities :
- Evaluation & appraisal of complex credit applications / Enterprise Valuations within specified thresholds for Wholesale Banking businesses ensuring adherence to appropriate credit standards in line with Risk policy & guidelines
- Deliver a high quality output within SLAs
- Strict adherence and maintenance of appropriate credit standards in the recommendation / approval and control of lending
- Participate in maintaining a stable lending portfolio within Group and Wholesale Banking policy objectives
- Provide support to VP / Onshore Project Manager in the expansion & management of the centralized credit approval unit
- Actively assist in recruitment and training of the team
- Design & implementation of operating procedures in line with core tasks and responsibilities .
- The candidates should have relevant experience in managing credit risk for large and mid corporate clients.
