Our Client seeks to hire talented Business Operations Manager who'd help company business to scale newer heights by delivering strong business performance for our clients and driving business efficiency in the company.

You'd need to be awesome at:

- Complete ownership of post-sales business delivery & growth of multimillion dollar client portfolio of top global brands

- Defining organization construct for rapid scale. Deliver performance and efficiency in the rapidly growing Business Operations team

- Support, develop, and execute the firm's strategies for the maximum efficiency by analyzing data and existing processes, recognizing trends and proactively create strategic recommendations. Closely work with executive leadership and clients to deliver results

- Managing business performance to achieve ultimate client delight

- Managing and growing a 50-member Business Operations team

If you are:

- 5+ years of Business Operations Management experience preferably during the rapid growth phase of a start-up in Technology / Marketing industry

- Highly Organized and Detail Junkie

- Aggressive & Take Control
