- At a minimum 15 years of Managed Services experience.
- Must have worked in Application support, maintenance, development in various roles including service delivery manager roles. ITIL V3 certified expert, must have handled presales role for 2 years plus a good solution writer.
- Good to have writing white papers experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. US, EU customer exposure is a must.
- Team player.
- Must have managed teams and interacted with CXO levels
- Experience in Application Portfolio Rationalization and management. These would be technology differentiators - Define the service (vertical service planning)
- Handle service planning and Build solutions.
