AVP-Lending Operations

Experience: 10 - 15 Years

Work Location: Chennai/ Noida

only Female candidates preferred 

- Managing Payments, Reconciliation, ACBS, LIQ, Lending operations, and Facility Agreements

- Must have 10+ yrs of work experience in the banking domain 

- Lending Ops, process management, team management, stakeholder management

What we're looking for:

Preferably a qualified MBA with a minimum of 10 years of experience

- Strong control awareness

- Complaints management experience

- Experience dealing with senior stakeholders

- Knowledge of quality assurance, control, and monitoring

- Project management experience (Prince2 qualifications desirable)

- Previous experience in IB Lending Operations

- Good knowledge on Payments, Reconciliation, ACBS, LIQ and Facility Agreements
