AVP - Legal - Real Estate/Infrastructure - LLB

Job Description :

- Handle matters related to FDI, Commercial or corporate Law, Companies Act, Tax laws, SEZ, FVCI, SEBI regulations.

- Should have handled M&As and major developments in RE.

- Should be strong in negotiations, structuring transactions, Due Diligence, Title investigations and local legislations.

- Must have working knowledge of registrations, drafting agreements, contracts, deeds and advise management on legal issues.

- Property acquisitions as per development rules across India

- Liaison with government agencies, departments & IPCs.

Candidate's Profile :

- LLM from a reputed institute with 15+ yrs of experience preferably in RE industry.Should have exposure in development projects /acquisitions from the initial stage of land identification, DD, negotiation & finalizations.

- Must have excellent communication & presentation skills with good information network.

- Must be a team player & self driven.
