AVP - Legal - Real Estate (18-26 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Independently handle all legal issues including litigation & non litigation ,and documentation involved in entire Project cycle from inception i.e. acquisition till society handover including title, scheme submission, eviction, litigation, compliances, sales / rehab, society handover of prestigious projects of Company
2. Independently closing of all the important documentation of corporate funding transaction through debt or equity with finance partners and Banks as well as documents pertaining to subvention scheme, project AFP etc. for all Projects.
3. In charge of finalizing and closing corporate contracts, advertising, sponsorship contracts, contracts with agencies, consultants, etc. for all projects.
4. 4. In charge to vetting all the marketing and publications material with respect to all company Projects for RERA compliance.
5. 5. Preparing presentations on new laws such as RERA, legal updates and policy changes and its impact.
6. 6. Assisting legal head in administrative functions such as management of bill payments, management of department records pertaining to internal approvalsstrategy notes, important circulars, notifications, etc.
7. Coaching and guiding the team members to ensure optimum utilization of their ability and knowledge for the Company and their growth .
8. 8. Handle the legal proceedings related to slum dwellers Appeal before Konkan Division, Appeal before High Power Committee in SRA for the project to be handledin-house.
