AVP - Legal - Non Litigation - BFSI

Position : AVP Legal team (non-litigation)

Salary : up to 30 LPA

Location : Goregaon Mumbai

Primary Responsibilities include:

- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements pertaining to equipment lease with large corporate.

- Supporting Sales team in conducting negotiations on agreements & related documentation.

- Reviewing and assisting in negotiation of all corporate loans/capital raising initiatives

- Carrying out discussions with external lawyers engaged for opinion on the documents

- Overlooking any litigation that the Company may file

- Assisting Compliance team in formulation and implementation of policies in adherence to RBI regulations, Bombay Shops & Establishment Act and other applicable laws.

- Working knowledge of litigation and arbitration cases

Looking at candidates with 8-10 years of experience with Financial Firms/NBFC.
