AVP - Leasing Rental Discounting - EdTech

At present we shave an opening with one of our client "A Leading Ed-Tech Company".

Handling leasing of assets with a leasing company or with a NBFC/Bank handling factoring /assignment of the rental business through one of the leasing partners.

Job Requirement:

1. Should have 8-10 years of experience

2. Has to have the legal understanding of formulation of documentation supporting the assignment/ factoring transactions for the asset based leasing transactions.

3. Should have very good understanding of financial structuring and expert at relationship management.
