AVP - Learning Product Specialist - IT - Banking Captive (12-15 yrs)

PURPOSE:

Design, develop and implement learning solutions for:

- Technology, Operation Excellence and Project management programs

- Systems and Applications (eg.Workbench,ENABLE)

- Banking Operations product and process programs to enable transfer, retention, application and on the job continuous learning to upgrade knowledge, skills and behaviours.

- Ensure quality of products through design and language reviews.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Execute design and development projects - in-house and external development.

- Partner with operations and business subject matters experts to develop learning solutions.

- Analyse needs and user journey, and design appropriate learning interventions and solutions.

- Manage design and development of external vendors to design, develop, and maintain classroom, on-the-job, self-directed, virtual classroom, and self-paced learning solutions and training content using instructional design and rapid development strategies.

- Familiarity with multiple instructional design approaches.

- Review learning material such as storyboards, faculty guide, off-shelf products developed by vendors for instructional and learner experience guidelines.

- Ability to explore, research, and integrate features of technology systems and tools, such as Walk-me, Captivate, Saba, Successfactors, AR, VR, Chatbots into learning solutions.

- Ability to work with SMEs and complicated, technical concepts and processes with high level of comfort.

- Eye for good UX/UI and proficient with MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.

- Familiarity with multiple LMSs/CMSs, HTMl, Java any other langauges.

- Familiarity with tools such as walkme, captivate, SAP Enable.

- Embed data collection and feedback mechanisms throughout our learning solutions to generate data-driven, actionable insights. Lead efforts to drive continuous performance improvement from those insights.

- Write storyboards and develop material that is single source that is published out into a range of learning assets such as knowledge e-book, performance aids, on the job quick reference.

COMPETENCIES (KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS):

QUALIFICATIONS:

The role requires someone with strong experience in analysizing requirements, designing learning interventions, and applying a range of adult learning theories and instructional systems. Has experience in instructional writing and has an analytical mind and an ability to work through end-to-end in the design and development process and integrate human centric design in learning solutions.

A successful candidate is likely to have a proven track record of in managing design and development of learning solutions and learner experience including roles such as Instructional writer, designer, learning experience designer roles, exposure to LMS systems, technical tools, content analysis, learning design and development, and an understanding of the learning and business landscape and how to achieve effective outcomes. Familiarity with using HTML, java and Visual Basic to create macros will be a advantage. An understanding of emerging technology in learning and how it can be leveraged would be an advantage.
