AVP - Learning & Development - ONLY FEMALES

We are one of the leading executive research firm based out of Mumbai.We are currently hiring AVP - L&D for one of the leading NBFC in Mumbai.

Requirements :

- Anyone with 10 - 15 yrs exp in training delivery & content / curriculum development, with exp in BFSI orgs preferred.

- Should be a self-starter with relevant training certifications and be able to design & conduct induction & behavioural skills programs, and drive functional/process/product trainings at PAN India level using competency based learning frameworks.

- Responsible for development and implementation of the L&D Framework, delivering key performance targets and key corporate objectives.

- Assess the current learning needs in business functions in the organization

- Lean team, so requires mix of stand-up training and digitized / e-learning work.

- Keep abreast of developments in the field and to work with others to implement new and innovative approaches.

- Demonstrated ability to build the function using conventional tools for businesses spread across corporate office & branch locations in Metro, Cat A, B & C cities. So should be open to travel or manage remotely, as required.

- Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
