AVP - Learning & Development - Financial Services (10-12 yrs)

Our client is a leading financial services company headquartered in Mumbai.

Job Profile :

1. Build a structure and process to learning and capability building.

2. Designing and implementing a competency framework.

3. Develop and assign the suitable content on LMS.

4. Build innovative training formats (Theatre based, Gamification, byte size trainings) which fit the WFA structure focusing on technical, behavioral and functional.

5. Revamp the HRMS.

6. Focus area will be 80% L&D and 20% OD.

7. OD would be project based focusing on cultural change.

8. Work closely with stakeholders like the HRBPs and Business.

Candidate Profile :

1. 10-12 years of experience.

2. Diversity preferred.

3. Needs to have strong passion for learning and capability building.

4. Has in-depth knowledge and capability to identify and implement the required trainings rather than outsourcing/vendor based.
