- The role holder will work as part of a regional leadership development team responsible for the design, build, testing and deployment of regional learning programmes and digital resources that support on-the-job performance.
- The role is for a learning specialist with a focus on leadership development, covering insights, learning design, and on-going solution management.
- 8+ years' experience in designing programs in leadership and behavior space
- Deep knowledge and insights of various tools and new age technology which can be used for making solutions more engaging and effective
- Proven experience of working with senior stakeholders
- Should have strong strategic mind set with eye for details
- Ability to prioritize tasks, perform independently and work under strict guidelines
- Possesses excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Energetic self-starter
- Attention to details with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
