AVP - Learning & Development - BFS (10-15 yrs)
- Develop and execute the organization's overall learning, talent management, and employee engagement strategy and identify the learning needs of the organization.
- Design and deliver effective learning and development programs and interventions for employees that meet the needs of the organization and its employees.
- Develop, manage, and evaluate training materials, programs, and courses.
- Partner with business leaders, HR, and other stakeholders to determine talent management and employee engagement needs and provide solutions to drive employee satisfaction, retention, and development.
- Lead the development and implementation of talent management programs that identify, develop, and retain top talent, and align with the organization's goals and values.
- Lead the development and implementation of employee engagement programs that promote a positive workplace culture and align with the organization's goals and values.
- Work with external vendors and consultants to bring in best practices and innovative learning, talent management, and engagement solutions to support the organization's objectives.
