Urgently looking for AVP- Learning and development.

Location: Mumbai

Roles and Responsibility:

- Plan, manage and implement People Development strategic projects

- Take responsibility for the implementation of project streams covering a variety of People Development areas

- Design and execute all People Development strategic projects in accordance with project specification

- Ensure that projects are managed in accordance with approved and appropriate methodologies and quality standards

- Provide relevant management information on progress of strategic People Development projects

Requirement:

- Degree in a business focused subject- Specializing from Premier B-Schools only (2004-2006) preferred

- British Psychological Society Level A & B (psychometric testing) qualified – Desirable
