Our client is a large, well established Indian BFSI Organization based in Mumbai. They are looking to a hire a young, HR Leader for managing HR in the corporate office. The position reports to the CHRO.
The incumbent will be responsible for:
- Strategy for HR at corporate Level
- Manage the entire hire to retire cycle for the organization
- Manage all aspects of Performance Appraisal, Talent Acquisition, Employee Development, Engagement, Rewards etc
- HR Automation activities
- Culture and Organization Development
- Manage Data Collation, MIS, Analytics and Reporting
To qualify for these positions you should:
- PG/MBA in HR
- 13 to 23 years of experience in HR
- Have at least 4 years of experience of HR Leadership role in a mid to large sized organization
- Have worked in a BFSI Organization - MUST
- Have managed all aspects of HR including Culture building, OD and Engagement
- Have worked in a matrix structure with an independent work ethic
- Have deep experience and understanding of all HR functions
- Have the ability to connect the Business and Leaders to HR
- Have good communication skills
- Be from Mumbai or ready to relocate
