Role - AVP - Key Relationships - Affinity
Location - Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for prospecting, acquisition, onboarding, and servicing of affinity partners with GWP and P/L accountability
- Prospecting and acquiring new tie-ups for affinity channels for defined geographies
- Responsible for acquisition & empanelment of new tie-ups across NBFCs, MFIs, and Housing finance companies among others.
- Responsible for activating, handholding, launching products, processes, IT systems, trainings etc to ensure maximum wallet share from the relationship
- Achieving high business renewal, cross-sell, up-sell, managing loss ratios and driving important strategic initiatives
- Regular engagement across all levels of the channel, including regular R&Rs, trainings etc, wherever required
- Interact with multiple internal stakeholders across IT, operations, HR etc to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of channel partners
