Urgently hiring for the position of AVP - Investor Relations & Strategy for one of our Gaming Technology company (Listed) in Mumbai.

About the Position:

- The Head of Investor Relations & Strategy is responsible for ensuring the company is appropriately and strategically positioned with investors.

- The holder of this job reports directly to the CEO / COO, and is responsible for creating the appropriate strategy, framework, and tactics, as well as for providing a very compelling investor relations roadmap. The position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. It also requires the ability to carefully manage relationships outside the company in the investor community.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Develop a robust investor relations strategy and framework.

2. Identify potential investors across FIIs, DIIs, large family offices from India and abroad (who have previously demonstrated interest in public Indian companies of similar scale), conduct initial meetings, orchestrate follow-up meetings with CEO / COO.

3. Manage relationships with existing investors.

4. Meet brokerage houses and analysts and share information regarding the company. Seek to increase the number of analysts covering the company.

5. Oversee and manage quarterly earnings and conference calls.

6. Independently represent the company at industry events, conferences etc.

7. Prepare quarterly investor presentations; annual reports; and any other investor communication materials.

8. Provide insights on investor activity to the leadership team. Analyse and present financial trends, competitor behaviour, shareholder issues, and anything else that could impact the business.

9. To implement systems and MIS within organization and to formulate strategies for next level of growth.

10. Bringing internal changes based on feed-back received from investors. Initiated various activities which helps in creating high benchmark.

11. Work closely with CEO / COO and executive team to develop and implement long-term strategic plans.

12. Provide financial and strategic analysis to support M&A activities, fund raising, and other strategic initiatives.

13. Work closely with subsidiaries and associates to support them in their strategic initiatives.

The Candidate:

- 7-12 years overall experience.

- Demonstrated track record of relationships with private & public market investors (FIIs / DIIs / family offices).

- Worked with a listed company, or at a brokerage firm as a sell side research analyst

- Experience of coverage, enjoys meeting investors and building long-term relationships with investors; preferably a mix of private and public market investors.

- Preference for younger candidates who are keyed in to recent trends in gaming, or have a passion for gaming. Professional experience in new age / technology industries would be a plus.

- Excellent communication skills.

- Strong understanding of macroeconomics, capital markets trends, and customer trends.
