AVP - Investment Banking - IT/Tech Sector - Deliver the following KRAs for IT / Tech Sector based at Bangalore

Lead and support in mandate execution within the given time frame and ensure closure :

1. Preparation of Deal Collaterals

2. Pitching deals to investors

3. Facilitate management meetings and address information request

4. Assist and co-ordinate due-diligence

5. Documentation process (within defined deadlines)

Assisting in identifying opportunities for business development through effective sector mining :

1. Sector Landscaping

2. CRM Mining & Co-ordination with RM's

3. Tracking company & industry updates for deal potential

4. Pitchbooks & Creds preparation

Education

Edu - PGDBM / MBA from premier Institute or CA is mandatory. Only Grads wont work, unless he has done Tech Certification / MCA / M Tech
