We are looking out for a Sr. Associate into Investment Banking across sectors like healthcare/media/consumer.

Location : Mumbai

Job description :

Responsibilities :

- In depth understanding / Research covering mentioned sectors from commercial & financing point of view.

- Actively leading / participating in sourcing Investment Banking deals

- Commercial and Financial Due-diligence of Equity and Structured Debt deals

- Investment appraisal including Financial analysis & Financial modeling

- Preparation of Marketing documents for deal execution and leading Due Diligence process

- Actively engaging with Private Equity Funds, Strategic Investors & Structured Finance Funds for closing deals

- Leading execution of binding agreements and deal closure.
