AVP - Investment Banking - Healthcare/Consumer

A premier Investment Bank based out of Mumbai is looking for an AVP with minimum 4 years of IB experience preferably in Healthcare or Consumer Sectors.

Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Location : Mumbai

Compensation : INR 30 lacs plus variable (based on the last drawn salary)

Qualifications/Requirements :

- MBA/CA

- Minimum one deal closure experience.

- Strong financial modelling skills and maturity to understand critical deal terms.

- experience at an investment bank solid transaction experience across a range of transaction types.

- Develop valuation for complex transactions .

- Impeccable research, quantitative and analytical skills, especially in explaining market events.

- Demonstrated experience in managing day-to-day aspects of client relationships and transactions with superior attention to detail and quality deliverables.

- Experience with networking with VC & PE ecosystem in India & overseas.

- Strong communication skills and ability to work with tight deadlines.

- Willingness to travel
