AVP - Investment Banking (5-6 yrs)
Qualifications/Requirements:
- MBA/CA
- extensive origination & execution experience in Pharma/Healthcare sector.
- understanding industry & business dynamics
- demonstrated experience in managing day-to-day aspects of client relationships and transactions with superior attention to detail and quality deliverables.
- experience in execution like running due diligence process, documentation including SHA/SPA/SSA and leading commercial discussions
- expertise of pitching, valuation, regulatory interactions, negotiations, financial and commercial due diligence, transaction structuring and working with others advisors such as lawyers, auditors, tax consultants etc.
- experience in transaction closing mechanics, including coordination for completion of CPs, statutory and regulatory approvals, reporting and filing of with the regulator
- experience with networking with VC & PE ecosystem in India & overseas.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with tight deadlines.
- Willingness to travel
