AVP - Investment (5-25 yrs)
It is a specialized asset manager that takes exposure in high quality retail finance NBFC/HFCs in sectors like microfinance, commercial vehicle finance, SME finance and affordable housing finance along with new age platform companies across Logistics, B2B platforms, Agritech, Healthtech, Fintech etc. It is looking for an AVP with minimum 5 years of experience to join its Investor Relations team. The AVP will have the primary responsibilities of fundraising and towards developing the investor franchise across the various domestic investor classes.
SPECIFICATIONS: QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS REQUIRED
Minimum Qualifications:
- MBA or Postgraduate in Management from a premier institute/Chartered Accountant/CFA
Minimum Experience:
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience in sales roles - Private Banking, Private Wealth distribution, Mutual Fund distribution, Private Equity/AIF fund raising team, other similar roles
Skills Required:
- Strong sales experience and networking skills
- Self-starter with the ability to own the role and develop high quality coverage
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills. Good understanding ofstructured products
- Working knowledge of MS-Office tools.
- Interestin financial inclusion and the opportunities that this space represents
- Experience of and ability to stretch oneself, work under pressure, handle multiple assignments simultaneously and deliver on deadlines
- Strong negotiation skills with problem solving attitude
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, self-motivated individual having an ability to work individually and as part of a team.
