Our client is one of India's largest life insurance company, with presence across multiple distribution channels.
The role is ideally suited for candidates with prior experience of managing operations role with a Life Insurer.
Job Description:
- Define and implement the company's insurance risk information platform
- Drive management visibility and insights and enable real time alignment of U/W, reinsurance and claims policy with management objectives
- Define and run sub-projects/initiatives within the one large turn key project
- Drive governance of the sub-projects and initiatives
- Ensuring consistent and periodic updates to the steering committee and identifying gaps in implementation and driving course-correction
- Defining goals and gates and ensuring gate closure and migration
- Drive change management and own adoption by users
- Define the success criteria and monitor and publish the achievement with respect to the target success criteria.
Experience:
- 12-15 years of experience at least 5 years of which are in insurance
- Understanding of insurance value chain from prospecting to payouts
- At least 3 years of experience driving project management and/or with project management office
- Project tracking experience with milestone charting, documenting progress and project dashboarding.
- Experience in UW, Claims projects - desirable
- Experience with reinsurance- desirable
