Looking for Transaction Advisor for Government Infrastructure Project (Contracts Management cum Legal Expert)

Qualification : B.Tech + MBA

Minimum : 10 yrs exp.

- Must have experience of Project appraisal of Infrastructure projects, should have done cost estimation, apex estimation, knows to find economic IRR.

- Must have thorough understanding of fund raising.

- Knowledge of accounting - how GST affects their business is a must.

- Hands on Project Evaluations and Business Planning

- Exp. Of Investment Banking / Fund Raising - Loan Syndication

- Bid Process Management, Contracting and Procurement

- Preparation of tender documents, attend pre and post bid meetings, interact with clients

- Handle contract negotiations

- Please note looking for only Engineering profiles with Finance background experience of working on PPP projects
