Job Description :

- Show exemplary leadership skills to head and inspire the in house technology team (70-75 people) and deal with clients based in US.

- Head IT (Cloud Operations, Corporate IT, Information security, Application development) for India, Australia, Singapore and Dubai.

Description :

Reporting to the CIO, the suitable candidate would be responsible for :

- Providing direction and leadership to IT team, including hiring, engagement, training, mentoring and developing metrics.

- Take ownership and responsibility of the productivity team and improve services of excellence.

- Be a part of senior management team and work closely with team at headquarters to define and execute IT strategy, be .

- Manage directors, senior managers and help build, expend and track budgets, drive performance management and help build L&D programs for overall effectiveness of the team.

- Keep pace with expanding global infrastructure and a growing team of geographically diverse resources.

Profile :

Should mandatory have the following :

- 15 to 19 years of total work experience.

- Posses exceptional leadership skills.

- Excellent cloud operations knowledge.

- Experience of Information security, Corporate IT, application development and database management.

- Stakeholder management skills.

- Should have managed large in house teams before (not outsourced).
