AVP - Information Technology - Financial Services (17-25 yrs)
Our client a leading Financial services company in Chennai is looking out for IT leaders with experience in Banking / financial services industry.
Accountabilities:
- Oversee execution of initiatives identified as strategic and ensure adherence to technology standards, timeliness of delivery and effectiveness of delivered solution i.e. be the face of technology for such strategic initiatives
- Put in place clear tollgate and deliverable based reviews for different stages of solution development and delivery while having robust vendor selection, cost management, and benefit delivery review for programs of work
- Monitor and control IT expenditure and related process in accordance with policies and delegation of authority
- Play an integral role in the strategic planning and related investments as well as regular communication of the plan vis--vis execution to stakeholders
- Plan and evaluate work of staff while leading and mentoring them from technical and domain skills perspective
- Improved staff capability and skills relevance from a competency perspective
Desired Profile:
- 15+ years of experience in leading large technology programs & teams
- Exposure to different technologies and financial services domain
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and impact analysis capability
