AVP - Human Resources - Talent Management/Organizational Development - Bank (8-10 yrs)
Performance Management process:
1. Drive goal setting process across India and oversee timeliness. Provide advise and guidance wherever required.
2. Enable staff & managers in effective goal setting, feedback process and ensure due process is followed.
3. Assist in calibrating Pan India PMS results with uniform methodology and principles to align it with the pre-fixed Bell curve distribution pattern for India.
Learning & Development:
1. Support Learning & Development initiatives in terms of planning, maintenance of data, coordination, schedule maintenance etc. Support in LMS activities as and when it is required.
2. Coordinate with head Office, as well as external experts & trainers to create training pathways & annual traning calendar.
3. Ensure and check the budget situation and discuss with Management for final approval. 4. Ensure training's are completed smoothly.
Succession Planning:
1. Apply the Succession Planning framework to identify critical roles, internal potential successor slate to ensure business continuity & avoid key man risks.
2. Identify strategic areas i.e., critical gaps, for successor pool development through evaluation by Manager/Management/HR/External assessor.
Leadership Development:
- Plan Leadership/Managerial development programs for mid-level executives leveraging experts available locally to impact a broader set of employees.
Culture:
1. Initiatives to promote company's Corporate philosophy/Values/Purpose. e.g., inspirational sessions, inductions etc
2. Engagement calendar to enhance inter-departmental collaboration & communication, self-motivation & accountability
3. Enhance employee experience through life cycle via engagement audits, surveys and actions.
