AVP - Human Resources - Pharma

We are looking for AVP- HR (Deputy CHRO) for one of the Pharma company based in Bangalore.

Education: MBA from Good B-Schools

Experience : 15-20 Years

Job Description :

- Looking after the End to End HR for the organization of 8000 employees. The role reports to the CHRO. Experience of having worked in Manufacturing/FMCG/FMCD is an added advantage.

- Responsible for developing and implementing the HR strategy for the organization and administration of the HR Policies / Processes.

- Provide operational and strategic HR support to the Business Heads. Drive HR Business partnering agenda for the company.

- Compensation & benefits

- Employee Engagement

- Team Management

- Sr. Stakeholder Management

- Compliance & Audit
