Key Impact Areas - Implementation of people strategy & be responsible for HR delivery in the Corporate Office - Be the trusted advisor to people & business - instrumental in building the teams, torch bearer of performance culture, talent engagement - Be an important link for business continuity from people perspective Key Responsibilities Strategic: - Will act as an HR Business Partner for the assigned departments and will be responsible for the end to end HR life cycle management of employees in the Corporate Office. - Responsible for implementation of company's value unequivocally & in maintaining uniformity of company's culture - Implement HR strategy and align the same with the business strategy Operational: - Manage end to end recruitment for concerned verticals as per the TAT. - Acts as point of contact for employees in for performance management and employee relations issues - Recommend & establish company HR policies, procedures, guidelines and work practices - Attract, retain & develop talent to support growth, business success and provide continuity of business on people front - Co-ordinate in resolving workplace disputes and implementation of company's governance guidelines, code of conduct for its people - Implementation of efficient & effective talent management program - Custodian of various recruitment related MIS and Organisation Structures Technical Competencies/Specialization: - Ability to design and implement HR processes as a specialist - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills - Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills - Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment - Ability to set high personal goals and work independently - Ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize tasks - Ability to make recommendation to effectively resolve problems or issues Qualification: - MBA in Human Resources from Premier Institutes with 5-10 years of experience preferably in BFSI Sector
