- Talent Acquisition (Manpower Planning & Staffing)
- Manpower Planning : Working closely with Functional managers to determine hiring needs.
- Identify the key positions & making recruitment strategies for sourcing.
- Responsible for providing end to end recruitment solutions for filling up vacancies within Turn Around Time (TAT)
- Pre and Post Recruitment related activities including Pre Employment Checks, Induction and Joining of employees
- On boarding: Organize proper induction plan for new employees & ensure timely reviews are conducted to gauge performance

- Develop and monitoring of Human Resources operations costing and annual budget.
- Devise Cost effective recruitment solutions for proper HR Opex
- Control and tracking of HR Opex as per the annual budget

- Conducting & Analysing of Exit Interviews
- Preparing Monthly HRIS
- Insurance management
- Managing Outsourced employees & manpower agencies.
- Compensation & Performance Management System
- Compensation Benchmarking & devising compensation structure to attract & retain talent.
- Design & implement MBO based performance management process & defining the competencies for evaluation for different grades.
- Half yearly review of Goals of all the Departments and individuals.
- Monitor and track the Performance Management system and processes for all employees, ensuring that reviews occur on time and up to the correct standard
- Support the performance management process, annual performance appraisals and salary reviews.
- Employee Relations & Employee Engagement
- Preparing Employee Engagement calendar for the year by proposing the different engagement activities for workers & corporate staff.
- Proposed & conduct various initiatives to maintain harmonious relationship between workers & management.
- Conduct Yearly Employee satisfaction survey to assess the employee satisfaction level, Loyalty and Advocacy.
- Statutory Compliances & Audit.
- Dealing with statutory compliances under various labour laws & acts as applicable.
- Lead Internal and External Audits with no major gaps
- Accountable and Responsible for annual statutory audits and social compliances for HR function.
- Responsible for new process designing and constant process improvisation of existing key HR processes.
- Interacting & managing govt. Authorities of different department (Labour/PF/ESIC/Police etc.)
- Policy and Procedure Development.
- Conceptualized, formulated & implemented progressive HR policies & aligned them with organizational vision, mission & values for achieving desired direction for the organization.
