AVP - Human Resource - Renewable Energy Firm (15-18 yrs)

Our client is a leading renewable energy firm based in Gurugram.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the entire gamut of the HR function for the renewables business

- Develop the HR strategy, policies and systems in line with the business and strategic goals

- Review and ensure the organization structure design is in line with the strategic priorities

- Partner with functional heads for the annual workforce planning including manpower budgets, manpower cost and manpower productivity

- Lead the talent acquisition practices necessary to recruit and hire the right talent

- Focus on building and retaining key talent to meet operational and growth needs of the business

- Drive the roll out of corporate and group level HR and digitalization initiatives in the renewables business

- Drive the group compensation philosophy by supporting the corporate HR team in assessing and reviewing compensation structures

- Build and ensure a high-performance culture through culture building initiatives to reinforce the group's values

- Drive change management initiatives including integration and transformation of HR processes across the business and culture building for growth

- Aid the creation of effective development plans for employees and implement group level L&D interventions

- Develop and implement action plans arising out of employee engagement surveys

- Oversee all statutory compliances related to human resources

Skills & Experience:

- 15-18 years of strong HR experience

- Post-graduate qualification with specialization in HR from Tier 1/ 2 institutes

- Should have experience in Power/ Infrastructure/ Heavy Industry/ Manufacturing/ Pharma/ FMCG

- Strong technical understanding in all areas of HR

- Must have experience in organization-wide programs including talent management, development and organization design

- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to adapt and get things done effectively in a high growth, dynamic environment

- Excellent people management skills, ability to motivate and manage a team

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
