Job Title : AVP_HR

Experience : 8-15 years

Current Location : Bangalore

- The primary objective is plan, develop and create a healthy and learning environment by implementing best HR practices to achieve business objective.

- Partner with the Operations leaders on Workforce planning, Change Management Initiatives, Leadership Effectiveness

- Maintain harmonious industrial relations

- Maintaining the work culture and a transparent, healthy and safe environment to work in

- Responsible for Labour laws, Statutory Compliance's

Work experience and Education :

- An appropriate HR related qualification i.e. Masters in Personnel and Development with atleast 8 years of experience

Skills & Competencies required :

- Manufacturing experience
