Looking for AVP - HR for an ITES client to be based out of Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and design programs to drive organizational growth and culture change, in support of the businesses strategic plan which includes an ever-increasing focus on technology and digital solutions to better serve its customers.
- Accountable for managing company-wide efforts to ensure that talent management programs/processes are developed pragmatically, managed using a data-driven focus and are aligned to strategy
- Provide direction and guidance for design and implementation of a comprehensive competency framework to determine, assess, and develop performance effectiveness.
- Responsible for Talent Management, Engagement, Leadership Management and development, Talent road mapping
- Manage stakeholders at various levels
- Manage a team HRBPs across locations.
