This opening is with a growing mid sized IT company based out of Bhopal which services clients in US,Europe and South East Asia
Key Responsibilities-
- Performance management and improvement systems
- Organization development;
- Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns regarding employees;
- Employee onboarding, development, needs assessment, and training;
- Policy development and documentation;
- Employee relations;
- Recruiting and staffing;
- Organizational departmental planning;
- Compensation and benefits administration;
- Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health;
Requirements-
- 8-10 years of HR experience in areas of HR business partnering,Performance Management,Employee Engagement & Recruitment
- Should have experience of managing entire employee life cycle
- Candidate needs to be execution focused.Only strategizing will not work
- Candidate needs to come with relevant experience of managing workforce in a technology company
- Should be able to drive the key changes and bring about a marked shift in the organization's HR practices.
- Should have successfully driven large scale HR projects/Initiatives in the pas
