AVP - Human Resource & Industrial Relations (15-18 yrs)
- Maintain cordial industrial relations in the organisation through initiating settlement proceedings and enabling workers to voice their opinion on a common platform.
- Ensure prompt resolution of employee grievances to maintain cordial management-employee and trade-union relations and achieve dedication by the workers .Handled multi union scenario.
- Ensuring that all industrial activities are in line with SHE (Safety, Health and Environment) norms.
- Comply with provisions of various labour legislations and filing various returns under labour laws.
- Negotiation with Govt/ Political authorities for crucial HR issues.
- Implementation of Contract Labour Management System
- Oversee smooth implementation of HR policies for manpower planning, recruitment, selection, induction, orientation and development of new employees in the organisation.
- Run the engagement activities and manage HR processes.
- Handle the development and administration of performance management programmes in the organisation, including periodic performance reviews and appraisals for all staff members.
- Formulate and implement the Employee Engagement and Employee Connect activities.
- Oversee the development and implementation of an organization-wide Talent Management Systems to streamline the flow of communication and facilitate information sharing across organizational levels.
