- My client is looking for a very strategic HR Business partner who would be driving all the key strategic projects for the organization in the capacity of an individual contributor

Description
Reporting into the MD, your responsibilities would include:
- Making and implementing strategies specifically with respect to key people management issues
Profile
A successful candidate will be:
- Comes with at least 8 years of experience in driving key projects across the entire spectrum of HR
- Should come with excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly energetic, proactive and aggressive
- Should be able to drive projects to closure
- Candidates coming from KPO/KSI/ Financial Services industry would be preferred
