Our client is a global banking and financial services provider offering services across Structured & Project Finance, Trade Finance, Cash Management, Cash Services as well as Custody & Clearing.

JOB SUMMARY

The ideal incumbent would be responsible for managing the learning & development initiatives of the organization, along with policy drafting and implementation. Also, he/she would be responsible for maintaining the HRD data in accordance with the IAD rules, performance management system, succession planning along with other HRD projects that may come up.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Drafting and reviewing of HR Procedure Manual and Employee Staff Handbook. Holding discussions within the Department and with the Management and responsible for obtaining the final approval.

- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Devising of the training plan for the employees based on their identified training needs.

- Identification and onboarding of relevant training consultants, planning the training programs, working on the content and delivery part along with the seniors

- Managing the performance management system goal setting process, mid-year review, and the year-end process

- Preparation of the non-personnel expense budget and ensuring that the expenditure for that particular year is within the budget

- Managing the Succession Planning process along with the Management and HODs

- Supervising and improvising the complete life cycle of an employee in the organization from onboarding to exits including transfer

- Design, implement and improve a comprehensive induction plan

- Monitoring that monthly HR dashboards and reports are circulated to the Management

- Ensure effective implementation of the disciplinary and grievance procedures for all employee groups.

- Manage appointment of various HR services vendors specifically related to recruitments

- Managing and planning for the employee engagement activities

- Managing the Internal Audit Department maintaining the required records and providing the data whenever required

- Getting involved any HR related projects from time to time

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS :

- 6 - 10 years of relevant experience in Human Resources with an organization of repute.

- Post Graduate preferably PGDM / MBA from a Tier 1-2 Institute.

SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Excellent Spoken and Written Ability.

- Multi-tasking and good time management

- Ability to work under strenuous situations

- Proficient in MS-Office suite.
