Some of the key responsibilities will include : - Accountable for driving end to end service delivery for Regional Payroll Operations - Accountable to deliver and execute the processes for the service line, working in partnership with the Regional Lead to manage payroll globally. - Own service reviews with business leaders - Work with the regional team leads for the service line to drive common global processes where possible. - Full &amp; Final Settlement management - Emergency and Interim Pay-out management - Vendor Management - Payroll Query Management - All compliance related statutory filings - Statutory obligations - Support for monthly payroll processing for global employees - Overpayment and Underpayments Management To be eligible for this role you will require : - MBA - Extensive experience in Payroll - Experience with working with globally diverse teams - Excellent communication skills
