AVP - HR Business Partnering - Bank - IIM/ISB/FMS/MDI

Our client is a large global bank headquartered in Mumbai.

Responsibilities

- Responsible for managing HR for Chennai and Bangalore locations

- Provide strategic support on all HR matters including and beyond recruitment, performance management system, leadership development, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, and employee relations

- Manage attrition and drive the cultural change to encourage internal mobility

- Responsible for statutory compliances

- Working on strategic HR projects with region and central HR team

Preferred Candidate

- Experience: 3-6 years

- MBA from a premier institute

- Ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders

- Strong communication skills

- Basic knowledge of laws and compliance

- Should be a self-starter

- Open to travel to Bangalore every month
