Reporting to MD & CEO, ICRA Analytics and Group CHRO. Location : Kolkata (preference for people based out of Kolkata) Direct reportees : 10 i. Assist business in meeting their objectives by ensuring recruitment and on-boarding of HC within KPIs and budget, along with supporting processes of process allocation and release; ii. Assist business in identifying and implementing new work models that support operations and optimize costs in the emerging business environment; iii. Design and implement initiatives for the team to remain engaged, especially in hybrid work environment; iv. Ensure attainment of TNI goals and skill upgradation as per budget and long-term plan; v. Design and implement succession planning for high potential employees; vi. Facilitate design, roll-out and timely completion of performance management system; vii. Collaborate with Finance and Compliance for design, documentation and roll-out of HR policies, payroll facilitation work, labour law compliance, POSH, employee grievance handling and disciplinary processes; viii. Improve productivity and innovation in HR processes and HR platforms, along with necessary documentation and process control for compliance and Infosec; ix. Lead the transformational journey from a Great Place to Work to a Best Place to Work; x. Assist Group level initiatives on HR. AN IDEAL CANDIDATE : a) 12+ years of relevant experience in companies that provide professional services - e.g. KPO, IT-ITES, consulting, audit, credit rating, research and data, etc; b) Demonstrated experience of leading HR operations in earlier assignments with comparable size (HC&gt;500); c) Exposure to HR practices like employee engagement, talent management and performance management, and familiarity with digital platforms for HR functions; d) Track record of successful partnership with business in earlier roles; e) Ability to collaborate with all stakeholders with focus on learning and innovation.
