Position: AVP HRBP / Employee Relations

Domain Experience: IT/ ITES

Company Description: Leading IT Services MNC

Total Experience: 14+ Yrs

Location: Gurgaon

Mandatory: Should have handled 1000+ employees, experience in implementation of HR projects to realize enterprise strategy

NOTE:

- Client is not looking for Talent Acquisition background. Current role should be in HRBP/ Employee Relations.

- Experience is strictly above 14+ Yrs.

- Should have handled minimum of 1000+ employees

- Should have handled Banking/ Financial services division. Other verticals (e.g. retail, technology, sales, etc.) not preferred by client.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Employee Relations

- Employee Engagement - Organize activities including leading on many of these engagement events. Help engage and build colleague participation and culture to meet wider global plans and goals

- Strategic HR Projects - Build project organizational culture, Devising list of actions to be undertaken in project oriented organization, development of project competencies with HR unit

- Handling Employee Grievances - Provide specialist and expert advice, guidance on issues, policy interpretation and questions.

- Strategic HR Interventions - Provide relevant expertise in the execution of any initiatives or projects

- Managing Disciplinary cases - Ensure that all issues are dealt with in the highest level of confidentiality, professionalism and sensitivity. Support investigative processes on the most sensitive and complex situations and complaints, ensuring action is being taken to address these issues

- Stakeholder Management - Provide People function representation for managers and team members in any formal processes ensuring decisions are consistent with best practice, legislation, culture and policy.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

- Track record of solving complex organizational talent related challenges, including talent development and succession planning

- Experience with change management and leading organizational change

- Demonstrated agility in learning and adapting strategies to market realities

- Strong experience with job design, workforce planning, strategic staffing and recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement

Qualifications: MBA (HR) - Full Time
