- Experience : 12-15 years
- Would be managing a team HRBPs (Manager & Senior Managers) at Bangalore & Pune. These team members have 8-10 years of experience and comes from Tier I organizations with good pedigree
- MBA is a must
- Should have strong strategic experience at Talent Management, Engagement, Leadership Management and development
- Talent road mapping
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Must have people management experience
- Strong industry connect and visibility into the best and emerging practices
