AVP - HR Business Partner - BFSI

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Connect with employees to gain in-depth understanding of people in the business to maintain a pool of talent and succession for all critical roles.

- Leverage data strategically to identify trends which help improve the organizational health and take informed decisions regarding succession planning and career growth.

- Streamline various HR processes of performance management.

- Collaborate with senior business leaders, offering thought leadership on organizational and people-related strategies.

- Create and execute a comprehensive people plan through manpower budgeting.

- Custodian of Employee engagement.

- Assisting in strategic L&D initiatives.

- Should be comfortable with COE - IC role.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Looking for candidate reputed B institute.

- Looking for candidate BFSI sector.

- 8+ years of experience in resolving complex employee relations issues.

- Strong communication skills.

- Should have knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee, diversity, performance management, recruitment and employee engagement.
