Description : 

- A minimum of 6-8 years of HR-Generalist or HR Business Partner experience in a cross-cultural, multi-geography environment

 - Ability to optimally work across organizational and regional boundaries to succeed in a highly matrixed global organization

- Results-orientation with the ability to execute and analyze human capital data to identify business improvement support.
