JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Manpower Planning & Budgeting: Ensuring that headcount is maintained in line with AOP.
2. Sourcing & Talent Acquisition : Coordination with TA partner to ensure 100% closure as per timelines
3. On-boarding & Induction : Ensure smooth and seamless On-Boarding of new joiners on various HR tools. Also ensure that all New joiners are covered in HR and Process Inductions.
4. Basic HR Hygiene : Ensure 100% compliance on various HR hygiene areas like ESIC Cards, ID Cards, Bio metric Adherence etc.
5. Employee Engagement and Connects : Ensure hub visits as per plan and design and implement interventions around Employee Engagement
6. Statutory Compliance : Ensure that all Statutory requirements are adhered to in letter and spirit
7. PMS : Ensure that PMS activities like Goal Setting, Self Review, Manager review, etc. are closed for the respective set of employees as per the timelines.
8. Performance Management & Disciplinary Actions : Ensure various Performance Management processes like Coaching, Performance Improvement Plan (PIP), Terminations etc are managed as per company policy and requirements
9. Employee Relations and Grievance Handling : To maintain harmonious relation with team at Hub. Coordinating with vendors,Central team and stake holders as per requirement.

11. Talent Management & Development : Play a key role in identifying areas for Employee Development and drive interventions through Training team.
