AVP - HR Analytics - KPO

- Perform as an SME in the area of Operations analytics, covering areas like HR analytics, Contact center analytics, IT operations analytics and Spend analytics

- Responsible for building new capabilities, consulting with clients, working with sales team to take these capabilities to clients and finally leading a team to deliver these projects

Desired Skills and Experience :

- 8-10 years of data/statistical analysis experience.

- Strong data and analytical skills, project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously and work effectively in a rapidly evolving environment.

- Must be a detail-oriented and exhibiting creative problem-solving skills.

- Advanced level computer skills in MS Excel including VBA Macros, R, SAS, Tableau
