Requirement :

- Supervision of QA Queue Management and QA reporting oversight

- Supervision of Call Back Verification and Counterparty onboarding processes

- Managing staff capacity, attendance, and performance

- Communication back to US team

- Assisting with special projects and ad-hoc support as needed

- Assign reviews to internal and external analysts

- Assign peer reviews to QA analysts to ensure group alignment

- Monitor adherence to service level agreements for timeliness

- Update results on the QA and Loan Origination system software

- Adherence to required sampling rate and sampling criteria

- Communicate regularly with mortgage partners to confirm escalated
