AVP- HIRING/ TALENT ACQUISITION

Urgently looking someone for AVP-Hiring with an MNC client into Financial Industry for Mumbai location.

Strong candidature with Recruitment and Hiring experience of minimum 9 years, with 4 years atleast experience into BFSI/ Non-IT domain.

CTC: 12-18 lakhs

Will be responsible mainly for

- Recruitment & Resourcing - Preparing the long term / short term recruitment strategies based on business demands / forecasts.

- Communicating and understanding their requirements and specification completely.

- Prioritized requirements in a high volume, time sensitive environment to meet deadlines.

- Effectively using Personal Network Built up Database, Internet and Employee Referrals for prospective hiring.
