IC Role

- Focus on COMO(CONTENT MODERATION) Experience and Digital marketing background if COMO is not there - worked with customer and internet service providers

- Have to have been in Global or strategic roles in previous co/s - large scales operations as they have to handle 4500 people span size

- Not looking for someone that is tactical more on the strategic side

- Hand in creating strategy for improvements

- Will have to do planning, strategy, senior client management and stakeholder client management

- Has to have done large scale operations experience - training and qualitative, strategic planning initiatives

- Will work in planning, collaboration and presenting stories to partners

- Will be reviewing content and managing 56 workflows globally

- Strategic role in sensitivity and wellness initiatives and non-stop content reviewing

- This role will include technical and non-technical content reviewing
