11. Establish and lead a practice operating model - connecting with every QE/Testing service associate across the organization - Handling the talent pool
12. Build and deliver a talent transformation model for QE/Testing service line associates
13. Own and manage the talent supply chain for QE/Testing service line associates in collaboration with support functions
14. Leverage and collaborate with other practices within company to build broader /integrated solution stacks
15. Lead the practice team to manage escalations and customer crisis situations
16. Engage customers as a thought leader and help open doors - working in collaboration with sales teams and account delivery teams

- Hands on experience in QE/Testing solutions/services - ability to engage customers as a front line leader in QE/Testing engagements - with more emphasis on automation and transformation engagements
- Experience QE/Testing Practice leader is must with specific focus on driving end to end solutions and transformation initiatives with large enterprises
- Experience as a Practice head / Operations leader
- Experience with QE/Testing business engagements across BFSI /Consumer services/ Hi Tech / Manufacturing domains - BFSI domain experience and knowledge about industry standards in BFSI in critical
- Offering life cycle management experience related QE/Testing
- Experience in Agile/DevOps methodologies and integrated approach to QE/Testing
- Experience in Presales, Managing large bids and innovative commercial models
- Deep understanding of Technology and architecture concepts - Industry trends/disruptors
- Experience in customer facing /presales/consulting roles - excellent communication skills
- Team building and team management skills
- Target orientation and familiarity with commercial constructs relevant to industry
